摘要:
A simple mathematical method of balancing any chemical equation has been discussed with examples. It has also been shown mathematically that if the number of reactants and products in any chemical equation is at least two more than the total number of elements involved in the chemical equation, then there will be an infinite number of independent ways of balancing the equation, which is contrary to the law of chemical equation. It is now up to the chemists to decide experimentally or otherwise as to which of these equations is the valid chemical reaction and to explain the cause.
