摘要:
SummaryPatients with hypercalcemie primary hyperparathyroidism excrete more cyclic AMP than normal suhjects: 8.27±0.19μmoles/24 hr or 9.03±0.92μmoles/g creatinine. The excretion in hypoparathyroidism is lower than in normal volunteers: 3.07±0.30μmoles/24 hr or 2.86±0.36μmoles/g creatinine.Patients with hypercalcemia of non-parathyroid origin excrete less c-AMP than normals: 2.85±0.39μmoles/24 hr or 2.73±0.39μmoles/g creatinine. The principal clinical use of the determination of urinary c-AMP seems to be the differentiation of hypercalcemia of non-parathyroid origin and hypercalcemia due to PTH-like substances secreted by malignant tumors.
