摘要:

SummaryThe clinical historyofa peritoneal mesothelioma with pulmonary metastasis in a 69 year old man is reported. The correct diagnosis was possible only at autopsy. The literature is reviewed in order to point out the diagnostic difficulty and the increasing incidence of these cases.
