摘要:

Antibodies to herpessimplex virus were found by immunofluorescence in the gingival fluid of patients suffering from recurrent oral herpetic infections. The type of antibodies was modulated by the clinical state of the patient. IgG antibodies were found before infection and secretory IgA antibodies during the convalescent stage; in the acute stage no antibodies were detectable.
