摘要:

Reaction of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzylglucopyranose with tris (dimethylamino)phosphine and carbon tetrachloride in dichloromethane has generated glucopyranosyl chlorideviatris(dimethylamino)alkoxyphosphonium chloride, which effectively reactsin situwith hydroxyl compounds to form glucosides in the presence of silver triflate or trimethylsilyl triflate.
