摘要:

AbstractWith the aid of a Craftsman Universal Protractor Plumb and Level,1a method for measuring the clearance angle range between microtome knife and paraffin block has been devised. With this method the clearance angle range desired is reproducible from one microtome to another and easily adjusted as necessary during cuting.
