SummaryOne hundred and fourteen cases of CO poisoning are presented with an analysis of ECG damages observed. Fourty patients showed ECG anomalies. The most frequent abnormalities were observed in the repolarisation phase, they were usually reversible. Young patients were not free of myocardial lesions.
