摘要:

A simple method was developed for the criterion of ß-cyanoalanine synthase purity after disc electrophoresis. As low as 1 × 10−4enzyme unit could be detected easily and gray enzyme bands could be obtained in a few minutes by incubating the gel in a substrate mixture.
