摘要:

Prymnopsella bucculatagen. n., sp. n. from mountain brooks of Sardinia is described in both sexes. The new genus is compared to the most closely related taxa,Sumatralbia rugosaViets andHexaxonopsalbia lautieni(Motas). General problems of the definition of genera in theAxonopis‐like water mites are discussed.
