摘要:

The theoretical foundation of drying processes on the basis of last major achievements in the nanequilibrium thermodynamics of heterogeneous multiphase polydirpcrscd systems is developed. The system of integro-differential thermahydrodynamicd equations has been formulated far description of multiphase polydispersed syslems with heat and mass transfer. Ar a result. the new general structures of themodynmic driving forcer have been obtained for drying phenomena of various physical-chemml nature: heat. mechanical. diffusion. electrical. etc.
