SUMMARYCerebral arteriographic findings in three patients with congenital heart disease complicated by cerebrovascular accidents are presented. As the series is small, it is not possible to show predilection of occlusion of any particular cerebral vessel. It is postulated that slowing of the cerebral circulation as well as polycythaemia and hypoxia were responsible for the cerebrovascular occlusion in one of our patients.
