摘要:
AbstractScientists from developed countries descend upon developing countries to collect, ‘protect’ or capture and take home flora, fauna and professional prestige. They often succeed only in making problems for themselves and their local scientific colleagues. What ought to be recognized is that every country has the right to utilize and present to the world its own scientific resources.
