摘要:
This study comprises 106 adult men. They were classified into 3 main groups and the seminal plasma lipids, PGE, PGF2αand Zn were measured in cases of normal fertile men (32), oligospermia (43) and azoospermia (31). The seminal plasma PGEs level was significantly elevated in the group of oligospermia, while PGF2αshowed no significant changes. At the same time seminal plasma levels of phospholipids, triglycerides and Zn were significantly increased. While seminal plasma PGEs in the group of azoospermia showed an insignificantly decrease, the seminal plasma total lipids phospholipids and cholesterole showed a significant decrease. The prostaglandines PGEs (E1+ E2) and PGF2αwere estimated by radioimmunoassays.
