SummaryA case is described of mixed monoclonal cryoglobulinemia associated with benign IgM-kappa gammapathy. The presenting symptoms were enclosed in the triad of purpura—arthralgia—renal disease. There was full recovery for more than seven months after initial therapy with plasmapheresis and subsequent combined therapy with corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide.
