a case report of anterior traumatic dislocation of the radial head in a 5-yearold boy without evident injury of the ulna is presented. Reduction and immobilization in flexion and supination in a plaster cast for 2 weeks were carried out. After 2 years the final result is satisfactory and there is no difference between the injured and normal forearms.
