摘要:

A case of traumatic facial neuroma discovered at tympanoplasty is described. Its appearance and histologic findings are compared with those of four previously reported temporal bones with this diagnosis. The clinical significance of such rare lesions appears in their differentiation from more aggressive facial tumors.
