摘要:
In this paper a new approach to short-term workshop scheduling problema is presented. The situations treated are dynamical rather than static. The approach does not use a mathematical-programming point of view of the operations research, Instead, it is an ‘ automatic-control ’ or ‘ system-theory ’ approach. The system studied is the finishing workshop of some cloth industry. The spocific situation of this workshop is the high amount of perturbations (20%) which renders normal scheduling inefficient. The suggested solution is the use of a regulating scheme, which operates on the basis of an adaptive model simulating the operating conditions of the workshop. In the first part of the paper, the system is described and the problem formulated. In the second part, the constitution of the simulation model is presented and results for its validation given. Finally, the regulating method is discussed and computer operating results are shown.
