Therap.10, 49–53.The influence of four drugs on antipyrine pharmacokinetic parameters was studied after 3 h, 2 and 6 days in 32 Friesian calves. Dexamethasone phosphate and griseofulvin led to increased antipyrine elimination. The effect of dexamethasone remained significant 2 and 6 days later.
