摘要:

The most common clinical use of HLA typing is in transplant donor-recipient matching. Other applications are beginning to be significant, notably, in identification of susceptibilities and resistance to collagen, neurologic, and other autoimmune diseases. However, it is important to recognize that HLA typing can support but rarely, if ever, provide a clinical diagnosis.
