摘要:

Isotretinoin (13cis-retinoic acid) has many reported adverse reactions, those affecting the eye are amongst the most common. We believe that the case reported here is the first reported of a patient with combined rod and cone photoreceptor damage. The potential mechanisms of isotre-tinoin-induced retinal dysfunction are discussed.
