摘要:

&NA;An extensive spinal subdural cyst was unexpectedly encountered during an operation for the removal of a thoracic spinal meningioma. The gross and microscopic appearances of the cyst are described. It coexisted with a meningioma, but no definite conclusion can be drawn regarding the etiology of this cyst.
