摘要:

A model is presented to calculate the microbiologically acceptable daily intake (ADIm) of antibiotic residues in food products. The ADImcalculation is based on MIC values for indicator bacteriaEscherichia coli, Bacteroides fragilis,’ Bifidobacterium spp.andEubacterium spp.,established under gut‐like conditions in anin vitrosimulation model.
