SummaryChronic intake of large amounts of vitamin A leads to a somewhat hetcroclite clinical picture with neuropsychiatry, dermatological, bone’s and joint’s, hepatic, gastrointestinal and systemic disorders that can mimic autoimmune disease or intracranial tumour.The diagnosis is established by a careful inquiry and definitely proved by liver biopsy and hepatic vitamin A level.
