摘要:

A new extraction-photometric method is suggested for the determination of microgram amounts of some thiols. The method is based on the reaction of thiol with p-dimethyl- or p-diethylaminophenyl-mercuric acetate, followed by a subsequent photometric determination of the excess mercurorganic reagent after extraction by diphenyl-carbazone into benzene. Five 200 μg amounts of thiol are determinable with a relative error of 4–8%.
