摘要:

In the cited article the frequency stability of a HeNe laser stabilized with the two‐mode difference method is directly concluded from the measured intensity difference variation of the two orthogonally polarized laser modes. We point out that this derivation of frequency stability from intensity difference variations may show considerable systematic errors.
