摘要:

The possibility of stochastic pores appearance through the lipidic bilayers, in absence of the electric field, is demostrated. The thickness fluctuations due to structural inhomogeneities and the dynamic of amphiphile molecules can determine the perforation of the bilayer. All possible evolution ways of the membrane after pore formation are studied and the flip-flop diffusion coefficient is calculated
