The Fermilab experiment E835 is dedicated to the study of charmonium spectroscopy via direct formation of charmonium resonances in proton‐antiproton annihilations. The latest results from this experiment and their comparison to the world data are presented. The physics implications are discussed. © 2002 American Institute of Physics
