摘要:

The article examines the use of learning relationships to develop followers. The concepts of mentoring, precepting, and coaching are differentiated. Leader values are examined. The process of performing an environmental assessment and assessing organizational values is explored in a case study format. Four possible outcome assessments and the role of the leader are described. The use of theory and concepts to create change and to structure win-win situations is explored.
