SummaryWe report on a patient with aplastic anaemia and an invasive aspergillosis of the lung with subsequent osteomyelitis of the ribs. Diagnosis was made by Puncture of the soft tissues and isolation ofAspergillus funigatus.Treatment with amphotericin B induced renal function disturbances. It was successfully replaced by Ambisome. Healing occurred with recovery of the immunity of the patient. The literature onAspergillus°steomyelitis is reviewed.
