摘要:

The assay of human placental lactogen (HPL) is described by using a solid-phase radioimmunoassay technic. The method is sensitive to HPL concentrations of less than 10-9g/ml and is quick and simple; all phases of the assay are carried out in a single disposable tube, and results can be obtained within 36 hr.
