The aim of this paper is to expose the principles and methods of the local turning to account of water resources, in giving relief to the contribution of geology. The unit and independence of surface and underground waters lead to carry out a study and research-plan with the purpose harmonizing and coordinating the exploitation of all the hydrological resources.
