摘要:
The device described above is used for whole-body scintigraphy of the skeleton. Up to this time we have investigated more then 10000 patients. In its application this device represents a new system improving diagnostic interpretation of morbid variations in the skeleton. The time needing for one investigation is essentially shorter than for investigations using other methods. The data of the scintigram are available for digital image processing. The required software was developed in order to control both the whole process of scintigraphic procedure and image processing. Measuring of the distribution of radiopharmaceulicals belonging to a relatively great area within a limited space.
