Issues in treatment of infants with regulatory disorders are addressed. An integrated treatment model is presented that uses a family-centered therapy approach. Parent guidance, child-centered activity, and sensory integrativc therapy techniques are described in their application to infants with emotional lability, poor state regulation, sensory processing dysfunction, and attentional deficits.
