摘要:

Single crystals of NaClO3are prepared from aqueous solution of pure material. The effect of γ-irradiation on optical absorption, refractive index and indirect band gap energy as well as phonons assisting transitions are studied in the low absorption region. It is found no remarkable effect of γ-irradiation on the indirect band gap energy.
