摘要:

AbstractA method is reported that allows investigators to gain information quickly from whole body autoradiograms in which tritium (3H) is used as the tracing radioisotope. Through the use of enhancers, weak beta emissions are changed to photons of light that can be recorded on regular X-ray film. The process is simple, inexpensive, and rapid.
