摘要:

When the right candidate is hired for the right position, both the institution and the individual benefit. The individual has increased job satisfaction, is more likely to remain in the position longer, and is more productive. The author describes a method of job interviewing that objectively measures the abilities of candidates so that the best candidate for the position can be hired.
