摘要:

Low temperature photochemical silver staining was used for immunohistochemical demonstration of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in the rat submandibular gland. EGF was shown to be clearly localized in granular convoluted tubule cells. Silver staining with an immu-nogold method showed excellent resolution of the antigen localization.
