摘要:

A case is presented of death in utero secondary to severe Kell sensitization in which changes in the optical density of amniotic fluid at 450 m(ji did not reflect the severity of the hemolytic process. The role of ultrasound in the management of patients at risk for immune hydrops is discussed.
