An ac inductance bridge for the measurement of low temperatures is described. Instead of a resistive divider, an inductive voltage divider was used in the bridge. Good noise immunity of the system, a low noise value of 0.5 nV, the resolution of 4×10−6, and the comparison accuracy of 2×10−5have been obtained. The described measuring device may be used for the determination of fixed points on provisional temperature scale EPT‐76, for the investigation of superconductive transition zone of fine metals, and for the measurement of low temperatures, using paramagnetic salt sensors.
