摘要:

Immunohistological study of dermal infiltrate from two pempigus- and one captopril-induced lichenoid eruption showed the presence of a CD8 (T suppressor) infiltrate that resembled that found in skin eruptions induced by graft-versus-host disease. It is suggested that a T cell cytotoxic reaction occurs in the epidermis that might be triggered by captopril-induced modification of keratinocytic antigens
