摘要:

AbstractAn economical method for substituting highly diluted radio immunoassay(RIA)antisera for conventional antisera in peroxidase antiperoxidase (PAP) immunohistochemical staining is des cribed. The technique requires material routinely used in the laboratory and permits the use of readily available RIA antisera in place of the more concentrated antibodies available specifically for immunohistochemical staining.
