摘要:

Let d b e a nilpotent derivation of a semiprime ring R. It is proved that the subring of constantsis non-nilpotent. The result is applied to algebraic derivations of semiprime algebras and to the actions of certain finite dimensional Lie algebras on semiprime associative algebras.
