摘要:

AbstractBased on α‐amino acids novel 2,2′‐p‐phenylene‐bis‐oxazoline‐5‐ones containing side groups discernible by fermentation were synthesized. By reacting these bis‐oxazolinones with diamines in solution fibre‐ and film‐forming polyamides and copolyamides containing peptide bonds in the backbone which are cleavable by fermentation were obtained. Preliminary implantation tests with dogs proved most of these polymers to be degraded completel
