摘要:

1.cis-trans-Isomerism of the N-methylamide bond in depeptides containing N-methylalanine residues was studied.2.Approximately 20% of the dipeptides with a N-methylamide bond have a cis-configuration.3.The thermodynamic parameters of the cis-trans-transition were determined.
