摘要:

A coherent understanding of the genesis of the acidemia and hyperglycemia of DKA can be gained from considering the roles of hepatic and peripheral tissues in the production and utilization of glucose and ketones. Unless these mechanisms are appreciated, even the best-implemented protocol for the correction of the metabolic derangements may be ineffective.
