SummaryFetal anaesthesia was performed 5 times in 1 patient to treat pleural effusions, obtain fetal blood sampling, provide albumin infusion, and establish and replace a pleuro‐amniotic indwelling shunt catheter under ultrasound guidance. A maternal epidural catheter was placed and used for epidural anaesthesia for the first 4 anaesthetics.
