SummaryWe report a new case of Reynolds syndrome (association of primary biliary cirrhosis and scierodermia).This case is of particular interest as it demonstrates the exceptional coexistence of a diffuse interstitial pneumonitis with an incomplete C.R.S.T. syndrome, an autoimmune thyroiditis, and a seropositive erosive arthropathy.
