SummaryA renal carcinoma occurring thirty years after a retrograde pyelography with Thorotrast is described. The case is illustrated by X-rays, histologic and autoradiographic findings. The mechanism, the diagnostic difficulties and the treatment of the Thorotrast kidney are discussed.
