摘要:

The larval morphology ofGraphipterus serratorrecently described, has been considered from a morphofunctional point of view and as an adaptation to a myrmecophilous life style in arid environments. Since the morphologies vary conspicuously from the first to the third instar, a behavioural pattern is hypothesized for the first, the second and the third instar that allows to each instar to survive inside the ant colonies.
