SummaryThe clinical and anatomical study of a case of alveolar proteinosis complicated of infestation by nocardia asteroides is reported.Several pathogenic hypotheses are discussed. The authors advise the systematic use of“transparietal”pulmonary biopsy in order to obtain a histological diagnosis.
